Nourishing & Immune Support Soup Stock - Blueberryjams
Ingredients: nettle, burdock, duls e(seaweed), horsetail, astragalus, shiitake, lion’s mane, bay leaf, black pepper, turmeric, oregano, rosemary, pink sea salt
Good for making two stocks or several smaller ones. Add to 6+ cups of water. Decoct (boil then simmer) the mixture as you would when making chicken or vegetable stock. You can add veggies (celery, carrots, daikon, parsnip, ginger, garlic, onions, etc) and/or vegetable scraps when making the stock as well as roasted bones. Strain and drink as is or use to make soup & dishes.
