Alight in the Dark Brew - Herbal Infusion

Ingredients: lemongrass, orange peel, cinnamon, cardamom pods, rose hips, fennel.
Blended for: a spicy warm drink to brighten up dark winter days
Other possibilities: helps with digestion, immunity boost
Recommendations: Brew with slices of oranges &/or fresh ginger.
Preparing herbal infusions (basic quick method): To prepare an herbal infusion, take 1tsp per cup of water and/or 4-6 tbsp of dried herb to 1 quart of water, place in tea pot or glass jar. Boil water kettle or pot and pour boiled water over herbs. Cover with lid and let steep for 10 -15 mins. Infusion will keep in refrigerator between 24 to 48 hours.
