Shipping / Returns


All orders are usually processed within 3-5 days unless specified (pre-orders or limited edition items and boxes may take longer). 

We ship by Canada Post from Montreal, Quebec.



Shipping within Canada generally takes 2-10 business days and includes tracking. 

Free shipping is available for all orders over $100 USD. 

Please know that for the time being all orders will be processed in USD. The bright side is with this system you will not be charged taxes. However, we are working hard to open a Canadian web store this year to better serve you. 


Shipping to the USA generally takes 5-14 business days.

Orders under $100 USD are shipped using standard shipping with NO TRACKING unless a shipping upgrade is purchased at checkout. Please know that if you do not upgrade your shipping there is no way to track or pinpoint your parcel once it's sent and in the postal system and therefore we cannot be responsible for undelivered packages. 

Orders over $100 USD receive free complimentary shipping with tracking. 


International orders usually take 10 business days up to four weeks depending on your country. Occasionally there may be hold-ups at customs resulting in longer shipping times. At checkout, International customers will find an option of paying for tracking and/or priority shipping of your order. If you choose Standard Shipping (no tracking) there is no way to track or pinpoint your parcel once it's sent and in the postal system. 

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please know this is out of our control. 

Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns. Scent is a very personal experience and we encourage you to purchase samples before committing to a full-size perfume. 

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for defective or broken items only within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email (info@lvnea.com) with any concerns about your purchase.

Samples cannot be returned.



We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

In the case of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation and file a claim with Canada Post. Please check with your local post office to ensure packages are not being held by them.

US customers may submit a missing mail search request here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm or call 1-800-275-8777.

In the circumstances that Canada Post sees fit, an insurance fee will be refunded for the value of the package contents and shipping. Unfortunately, if your order does not include tracking or insurance you are not eligible for an insurance claim with Canada Post. 

Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or rejected due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus original and return shipping fees when received.
