Sept 30 2025 :: Canada Post Strike Update

While the strike continues, we’ll be using alternative shipping services. Most orders (Canada, US, International) will be shipped via ChitChats and, in some cases, via UPS.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or some rural areas during this time. Any orders placed that fall under these categories will be contacted and may require holding your package until the strike is over unless an alternative address is provided.

Expected delivery times vary between 3-10 business days (including order processing time).

Local delivery by bike courier is available on Fridays for a flat rate of $8. This option will be available to customers with qualifying postal codes.

Orders for pickup are typically prepared within 24 hours of being placed, and can be retrieved at 160 rue St-Viateur E. #108 (entrance located on ave. Casgrain). 

You’ll receive an email from us when your order is ready for pick-up! If you arrive to collect your order before receiving this email confirmation, we will do our best to prepare your order, though some items may not be immediately available.

US shipping is AVAILABLE again as of Sept 16! 

Currently our items remained tariffed. But to help ensure that this burden isn’t completely on the shoulders of our customers, we’ll be covering half of the tariff cost of any purchases bound for the US. Half of the tariff cost has already been integrated into the price of each product. We’ll cover the other half of the tariff when we ship each order so packages will arrive DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This way, orders should arrive without any extra fees or tariffs on delivery.

International shipping is available to countries where we can guarantee delivery. For any exceptions, please email us at info@lvnea.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Expected delivery times vary between 2–8 weeks. 

Please note that we do not pre-collect or charge customs duties at checkout. The customer is responsible for any import duties or tariffs that may be required by the carrier service prior to delivery. Please monitor the tracking closely to avoid missing any delivery notices.

Free shipping is available within Canada on orders of 200CAD before tax and above. Free shipping is available to the US on order of 200USD or more. Free shipping is not currently available to any other destinations.

If you suspect your parcel has been lost, please contact us at info@lvnea.com with your order number and confirm that the address provided at checkout is correct, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

In the very exceptional instance where a refund is granted for a package returned to us, the original cost of shipping plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. This also applies to orders that received free shipping. The restocking fee helps cover the costs our small business incurs when processing returns due to issues beyond our control.

We do not accept returns and all sales are final. 

We encourage customers to purchase samples when possible, before committing to a full-size fragrance or product, especially when purchasing a gift for a loved one. Fragrance Samples can be found here, and Apothecary Samples can be found here. We also offer gift cards (an excellent risk-free gift).
