Treasure Pleasure - Herbal Infusion

Ingredients: damiana, lemon balm, rosehips, & cinnamon
Blended for: sexual trauma healing, anxiety, depression,
Other possibilities: digestion (related to anxiety), diabetes & blood sugar regulation (work with practitioner for this), and possibly as a tonic to central & hormonal system
Warnings: May not be suitable for folks on diabetes medication
Recommendations: Brew as part of making a hot chocolate.
Preparing herbal infusions (basic quick method): To prepare an herbal infusion, take 1tsp per cup of water and/or 4-6 tbsp of dried herb to 1 quart of water, place in tea pot or glass jar. Boil water kettle or pot and pour boiled water over herbs. Cover with lid and let steep for 10 -15 mins. Infusion will keep in refrigerator between 24 to 48 hours.
