We created an unctuous spreadable caramel starting with the highest quality ingredients (without any corn syrup), taking the daring step, not only to infuse chanterelles into it but to add little pieces, so you can fully appreciate its fruity essence. It is simply decadent!
CULINARY USES: Serve Chanterelle caramel on toast in the morning, on ice cream, chocolate fondant, or homemade apple pie.
